*Each class is about 55 minutes long to allow time for preparation for the next one.  Thank you for your understanding.

*We will be closed for the New Year holiday from December 28th to January 3rd. Classes will resume on January 4th. Thank you for your understanding.

​Service Policy

1.  Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the lesson.

     If the cancellation occurs after this time, one lesson credit will be deducted.

2.  To cancel a course, please do so by one month prior to the next billing date.

3.  Lesson reservations can be made up to 3 weeks in advance.

4.  Please note that the schedule of instructors may be subject to change.

  • I don’t know my conversation level.
    You can take a free level check before your first lesson to find out your level.
  • What should I do if I suddenly can’t attend a class?
    Please contact your teacher or this site. However, tickets are non-refundable for cancellations made within 24 hours.
  • I want to reschedule or cancel my class.
    You can reschedule or cancel through your My Page as long as it’s more than 24 hours in advance.
  • When will I be billed if I sign up for a monthly plan?
    Your first payment will be charged on the day you sign up for the plan. The next payment will be one month later. For example, if you sign up on January 1, your next billing date will be February 1.
  • What happens if I don’t use all my tickets before the next billing date?
    Any unused tickets will reset on your next billing date, so be sure to use them before then.
  • I forgot to enter my coupon. Can I repurchase it?
    We’re sorry, but that is not possible. Plans or tickets purchased cannot be refunded, so please make sure not to forget to apply your coupon.
  • I get nervous when speaking.
    That’s completely fine! Everyone feels nervous at first. Our teachers are here to support you, so take your time and speak at your own pace.
  • What should I do if I don’t understand a word or kanji during class?
    Feel free to ask anytime if you don’t understand something. Your questions might help others as well, so don’t hesitate to speak up!
